"The service is really good. But a few months ago I got my new car and was on a very tight budget. At the time when I gave the information on the new car they told me it should be around the 140 a month range but didn't explain the additional charge at fist and my next 3 bills were over 200 a month and I called after the 1st high bill and they explained it was to cover the cost of the higher priced car but said after it should go down then next month explained its a 3 part charge it was very confusing and difficult to get a new car on a tight budget"

"Edited: Nicole and team have worked hard to resolve the situation. Thank you! I am deeply dissatisfied with State Farm Insurance in Washington state. This is a complaint mostly at State Farm corporate for taking 4 months to fix their mistake. They canceled my policy due to their own mistake (some miscommunication between agent and back office?) and State Farm back office took an excruciating two months to reinstate it, with a $100 increase in monthly premiums. It is still not fully resolved. Despite promises of prompt resolution, communication was consistently poor, although recently improved, with deadlines repeatedly missed and unfulfilled assurances from their team. I have been overcharged and left in the dark about the status of my policy and coverage. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has severely damaged my trust in State Farm's reliability and customer service. I expected better from State Farm and my agent’s office. I am seriously considering moving my business elsewhere."
