"If I could put less the one start I would. We went there to update some information about our household but the office was lock the lady who open the door waa rude 😒 and told us the we need to call our agent or do it online we explain the website has some issues she is like well you can call and close the door. We did the drive to Shorline to do all the paperwork the lady over there was surprised and say sorry for the bad interaction we got on the office. The lady who open was rude and also was hold the door close to her to not let us go inside. Like seriously what kind of service is that. And of course it is as is a walking distance from my home. Is why we went there as is a really close to us but very bad customer service. Both of them were wearing face mask."
